When the visionaries behind the Village Series moved to Nashville, they immediately noticed how many homes lacked authentic character—entire neighborhoods filled with identical designs, driven by builders prioritizing speed and cookie-cutter layouts over meaningful architecture. Having grown up visiting Casa de Campo, surrounded by Mediterranean-inspired villas with texture, warmth, and soul, they felt compelled to bring that sense of beauty and individuality to Nashville.
This sparked the creation of the Village Series: boutique communities where every detail is carefully curated, every material is chosen with purpose, and the design is not only stunning but functional. The homes blend warm colors, layered textures, and timeless forms to create spaces that feel inviting, peaceful, and deeply personal—places where residents can truly feel at home and build a lifestyle around thoughtful, intentional living.

Cristian Sahdala is a Dominican-born entrepreneur and real estate developer who has become a driving force behind a new era of thoughtful, design-forward communities in Nashville. After moving from the Dominican Republic, he brought with him a deep appreciation for architecture rooted in warmth, texture, and lifestyle—values shaped by the Mediterranean-inspired villas of Casa de Campo where he grew up. Today, Cristian leads his team at Vanguard Strategic Development with a clear vision: to elevate residential design by creating curated, intentional communities that break away from the city’s cookie-cutter norm. Known for his leadership, creativity, and ability to turn ideas into reality, he guides every project with a commitment to quality, authenticity, and a lifestyle-driven approach to development.

Lindsey leads Vanguard's sales and client experience, guiding buyers through every stage of the home purchasing process. She oversees sales strategy, client relationships, contract negotiations, and marketing initiatives while ensuring each client receives a seamless, personalized experience from the initial consultation through closing.

As Strategic Banking & Financial Advisor, Adam provides financial guidance, structures project financing, and supports Vanguard's long-term growth through strategic banking and capital planning.

Melissa serves as the creative force behind Vanguard's architectural identity. From initial concept and floor plan development to exterior elevations and construction drawings, she ensures every project embodies the company's signature style while maximizing livability, efficiency, and long-term value.
Project Manager
Getulio Rodriguez
Mr. G oversees the day-to-day management of Vanguard's construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams. He is responsible for maintaining project schedules, monitoring quality, and ensuring every phase of construction is executed safely, efficiently, and to the company's high standards.

Malu Vasquez
Malu leads Vanguard's marketing and digital presence, bringing each development to life through compelling storytelling and strategic branding.
